Notes: I went to Big Falls in California March 29, 2007. I kind of lucked into this one. I was going to drive up the Valley of the Falls and stopped at a ranger station before going up. I learned about Big Falls at the end of the Valley of the Falls road. There is a parking lot there, and the trail (not really a trail) is over the rocks and back a bit and then across the dry creek. You can hear the falls as you get closer to them. There are smaller falls near the bottom - climb up the trail to the right and you will get a view of the larger falls off in the distance.
