Directions: In Newry at the junction of Rts. 2/5/26, take Rt. 26 north for 9.6 miles to the sign to Screw Auger Falls on the left.
Notes: I went to Screw Auger Falls in Maine October 19, 2004. The walk to the falls is short from the parking lot. You will walk on large rocks. The best view of the falls is along the rail overlooking the falls. I tried to find a trail down closer to the falls, but I couldn't find any.
