Here are a few images from the cartoon Loose in a Caboose. You may click on the thumbnails to see a larger image. It's kind of difficult to see what Lulu is doing in the third image: she is drinking from a straw as she walks behind the man carrying a basket of soda bottles.
Lulu in these old cartoons is very mischievious, getting into a lot of trouble with the adults around her. This is in contrast to the later Little Lulu comics, in which Lulu is very well behaved around adults. She focuses her mischievious behavior against Tubby and the boys to get back at them for all the grief they give her and the girls.
