About Me
I was a graduate student at Illinois State
University in Normal, Illinois, and
completed my Ph. D. in Educational Administration in May, 1999.
In my former life I was a school district administrator. I took
early retirement so I could further my education full time. Now I
am self employed and work with educators and other companies in a
