In 1978 ABC-TV aired two Little Lulu "Weekend Specials" starring Lauri Hendler as Lulu. The first show was about Lulu and her friends at summer camp on November 4, 1978; the second was "The Big Hex of Little Lulu" on September 15, 1979. Other cast members included Kevin King Cooper as Tubby, Ann Rae Walterhouse as Gloria, and Robbie Rist as Iggy.
