This Little Lulu birthday wrapping paper had a 1959 copyright by Marjorie Henderson Buell and was made in the USA. The sheet is approx.20"X30" and shows Lulu and her pals engaged in different birthday games and activities. I don't know who made this wrapping paper. If you know, I would love to hear from you.
