Barney's Sleepytime Songs

The song "A Frog He Would A-Wooing Go" is included on the casette Barney's Sleepytime Songs. It states: "Music and Lyrics: Traditional Arrangement by David Bernard Wolf." This version is different from the others that I have included on the page about A Frog He Would A-Wooing Go. The chorus is also different from that in The Funny Froggy Bubble Book and that in Randolph Caldecott's book. The tune is also different from the one I remember as a child, although Barney's tune is also familiar to me. In addition, the frog doesn't get eaten by the duck in the end. Read the text below to see what does happen!
