Little Lulu comics were published in Mexico in Spanish for many years. Some were even published beyond the time they were published in English in the USA. See the email message below with an explanation of the publication of La Pequeña Lulú.
Below are some covers from Spanish comics of La Pequeña Lulú, with the most recent listed first. (You may click on the pictures for a larger version).
These first six comics are by Vid Editorial, and are very small compared to the usual comic size: They measure 5" x 6 5/8". The ones I have were published between October 1986 and March 1988. They had between 52 - 68 pages (including the covers) and were priced between $100.00 - $500.00 (I am not sure of the equivalent cost in US currency - if anyone can help me there, I would appreciate it.)
I believe these comics have covers and stories that were not printed in English. If you are aware of English covers like these, I would love to hear from you so I can add the English version with the Spanish. I will provide, from time to time, a story from one of these comics that did not appear in the English comics. (The first is from La Pequeña Lulú No. 51 below.)

Here's an e-mail I received from Beatriz:
I have been collecting La Pequeña Lulu since where I was a child and I think you like to know more information about that. The Marge's Little Lulu was published by Novaro (Mexico) but not in a correlative way. Under tittle La Pequeña Lulu, Novaro published Little Lulu and Tubby together since number #1 until# 409 with different logos (SEA, EN, etc). The size is almost the same that Little Lulu (a little bit smaller). After 409 the comic was published in a different size and it changed The oldest comic that I have ever seen is Pequeña Lulu #18 (1953). This comics is the Four Color Tubby FC 444 and the same comic was published again by Novaro in 1968 (#255). My oldest Little Lulu is La Pequeña Lulu #46 (1955). This comics is a copy in Spanish of Marge's Little Lulu 145 (1960). The Novaro's Little Lulu (1 to 409) is the "real comic" that the people collect in Spain, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, etc. The covers are the same of English version but they are mixed. La Pequeña Lulu #46 has a different cover than Little Lulu 145. I send you some pictures of Pequeña Lulu #227, #228 and #256.
